STEP Owner hisobingizni (kompaniya/tenant) va unga bog'liq barcha ma'lumotlarni butunlay o'chirishingiz mumkin. Hisobni faqat egasi (owner) o'chira oladi.

Ilova orqali (tavsiya etiladi)

  1. STEP Owner ilovasiga kiring;
  2. Profil → Sozlamalar bo'limiga o'ting;
  3. Pastda «Hisobni o'chirish» tugmasini bosing;
  4. Ogohlantirishni o'qib, tasdiqlash katagini belgilang va tasdiqlang.

E-pochta orqali

Ro'yxatdan o'tgan telefon/e-pochtangizdan [email protected] manziliga «Hisobni o'chirish» mavzusida biznes nomingizni yozib yuboring.

Nima o'chiriladi

Kompaniya profili, mahsulotlar, mijozlar, sotuvlar va cheklar, ombor, xodimlar va barcha sozlamalar. So'rov 30 kun ichida bajariladi va o'chirilgani haqida xabar yuboriladi.

Qonun (buxgalteriya/soliq) talab qilgan minimal yozuvlar anonim holda saqlanishi mumkin.

Diqqat: hisobni o'chirish qaytarib bo'lmaydigan amal. Vaqtincha o'chirib qo'yish emas — barcha ma'lumotlar butunlay yo'qoladi.

Удаление аккаунта

Вы можете полностью удалить свой аккаунт STEP Owner (компанию/тенант) и все связанные данные. Удалить аккаунт может только владелец (owner).

Через приложение (рекомендуется)

  1. Войдите в приложение STEP Owner;
  2. Откройте Профиль → Настройки;
  3. Внизу нажмите «Удалить аккаунт»;
  4. Прочитайте предупреждение, отметьте согласие и подтвердите.

По электронной почте

Отправьте письмо с зарегистрированного телефона/почты на [email protected] с темой «Удаление аккаунта» и названием вашего бизнеса.

Что удаляется

Профиль компании, товары, клиенты, продажи и чеки, склад, сотрудники и все настройки. Запрос выполняется в течение 30 дней, после чего отправляется подтверждение.

Минимальные записи, требуемые законом (бухгалтерия/налоги), могут храниться в обезличенном виде.

Внимание: удаление аккаунта необратимо. Это не временная деактивация — все данные удаляются навсегда.

Delete your account

STEP Owner · Step-Core LLC

You can permanently delete your STEP Owner account (company/tenant) and all associated data. Only the owner can delete the account.

In the app (recommended)

  1. Open the STEP Owner app;
  2. Go to Profile → Settings;
  3. Tap "Delete account" near the bottom;
  4. Read the warning, tick the confirmation box, and confirm.

By email

From your registered phone/email, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete account" and your business name.

What is deleted

Your company profile, products, customers, sales and receipts, inventory, staff, and all settings. The request is processed within 30 days, and a confirmation is sent.

Minimal records required by law (accounting/tax) may be retained in anonymized form.

Note: account deletion is permanent. It is not a temporary deactivation — all data is erased.
